A pilot platform launched in Eskişehir where residents can submit noise complaints for routing to municipal authorities.
Residents needed an easy way to submit noise complaints, and those reports had to be routed to municipal authorities.
Built the responsive Next.js/Tailwind CSS frontend, contributed to the Laravel backend and integrated reporting APIs and data flows.
The platform was launched as a pilot in Eskişehir.
